What viewing area is available?

Minimal viewing area is available and is unsuitable for small children. Buggies are not permitted into the swimming area, however, a seperate area is available for leaving buggies.

Am I allowed a refund if I go on holiday?

Lessons are booked termly and therefore no refund is available for missed lessons. Exceptions are available in special circumstances where advice is given in advance.

Will my child receive awards?

Each class will be awarded badges at the end of each term although it may be required for children to remain in the same class to teach the required standard. Badges will not be repeated once attained.

What will my child be required to bring?

A swimming costume/trunks and a towel is all that is required. Swimming aids are not needed and goggles are permitted. Please see lesson guidelines.
