SFL Swimming is built on the foundation of Social, Fitness and Leisure Swimming. We currently provide swimming lessons in Northampton. Swimming is a life skill that can also give your child a lot more such as confidence and personal attainment skills.

From learning to swim for a life skill or for enjoying water based activates we can help develop the water skills required.

All of our teaching staff are fully qualified by the Amateur Swimming Association and we are also a fully insured swimming school.

Our lessons are small classes of 6 or 8 pupils and we also provide the one to one classes if required.

We welcome pupils of all ages and abilities including adults, children with disabilities or children with specific requirements.
